By then, he will be worth close to 40 million :D

We gotta take risks Bro.

Felipe Anderson and Lacazette. Young and dynamic players. Progressive thinking ;)
Yet he will be trashed if he doesn't deliver. Risks equals failure most of the time. I'd rather take my "risks" on Pogba or Coman type of players. Lots of possible upside, no downside. Instead of possibly the other way around.

You cannot grow without stepping into uncertain situations, we can't keep signing players we believe won't cost us much but will likely not offer us much more than depth. And I am not talking about signing 10 Iturbe's every season but we need to have at least one Iturbe each summer mercato. No guts no glory...
I don't like signing players in January so we shouldn't really buy anything. Not much up for grabs and those currently available are just too pricey.

Read somewhere we had contact with Osvaldo yesterday :D. This is laughable news really.
nothing surprises me any more when it comes to our transfers, just seems to be disappointment followed by more disappointment mixed with overspending these days and especially in January, i'd rather we didn't buy for the sake of it, I'm not really too sure why we are even after another attacker when the likes of Morata are barely getting minutes, Giovinco who is arguably better and more useful than osvaldo and borriello isn't getting minutes, Coman's minutes are restricted. Once again marotta is creating more problems by adding more useless players to the roster rather than resolving on going issues

 no one takes canada seriously im afraid. they are good only in winter sports
We're the absolute worst in football though. Even if Basketball/Baseball we're okay, but not great.

Biggest reasons:
1) Our best athletes go into hockey. Usually our players will play hockey throughout the winter season, and soccer through the summer. Hockey always becomes the priority. Our 10th string national team in hockey probably competes in the olympics. That is how deep we are in hockey. It's kind of silly.
2) Our football infrastructure is hilariously bad. Its run by a group of idiots that are put in charge because they have english accents but really don't know anything. These are people who are already rejected by a mediocre football nation in England. It's kick and run to a whole new low.

Paulinho will always be a mystery to me. He went from winning a Libertadores in exceptional form and putting great performances for the Seleção to mediocre at best. It has to be mental, it all went down hill when he moved to England.

I don't know, maybe he just didn't adapt. Language barrier and all that. Tevez hated England and i've heard many SA players who always said it was nothing but a boring place with a horrible weather.
