Obviously, I like Marchisio a lot, there's no doubt, but does he ever say a word on the pitch? Chiellini is calm, yet fearsome and has shown to be one that leads by example with his performances in our darkest times. Maybe, Marchisio will grow a lot as a leader before the time comes, but I don't see how Chiellini could be overlooked as he would have been here longer and has been given the captaincy a few times already anyway.
