last year it was Vieira, the year before Ibrahimovic...now, who will be the BIG name Moggi will buy?

My pick is Cristiano Ronaldo.

we all know that we had a deal for him when he was with Sporting (damn you Marcelo Salas) and I heard he's not happy at ManU so... + we need to find Pavel's ideal replacement. Still, Mutu can do the job.

C. Ronaldo would be too costly, imo. It would probably cost at least 15 mill pounds. I can't see us spending more than 10 mill pounds without selling other guys first. Who would we sell? Zalayeta? Blasi?

    14. Balzaretti
    15. Barone
    16. C. Zanetti

    17. Trezeguet
    18. Mutu
    19. Zambrotta
    20. Pellissier
    21. Thuram
    22. Scarzanella
    23. Giovinco
    24. Maniero

    28. Cannavaro
    32. Marchionni

    Buffon
    Zambrotta-Gallas-Cannavaro-Chiellini
    C. Ronaldo-Emerson-Vieira-Mutu
    Trezeguet-Ibrahimovic

    Antonioli
    Alves-Thuram-Kovac-Balzaretti
    Marchionni-Barone-C. Zanetti-Nedved

We have the $$$ with the TV deal and sponsorship. 2007 will be probably Nedved and Thuram's last year with Juve. 2008 could see Palladino replace DP.

Capello said he's a good player for a smaller team.

hard to say, our last 2 big transfers have been complete surprises. i think we will bring in a defender, gallas or barzagli.

Good point... I like C. Ronaldo over Camo, but I hate selling away an Italian player.
True but I don't see harmony between Cap and Camo. That's why I think he could leave. :(

our big signing in....cassano and big player out emerson. imo that's a deal that could very easily happen at the end of the season with real.

camo is also on the way out.

and yes bring tudor back home!!! just play him in his natural position as cb and you'll see his class. ;)

Realistic signing: Cassano, possibly inexchange for Zlatan, something i dont deem necessary.

Hopeful signing: Riquelme, exactly what we need to bring back some nice football to the club.
