Del Piero is not overrated. He had the skills to conquer the world. He knew it and the world knew it. That's one of the reasons why he did not deliver.

I blame him not performing only to his injury. Before that he was the best in the world. And yes, he isn't overrated.

If I had to choose then it would either be Buffon or Ibrahimovic. Both are quality, the former is a world-class player, but of late Gigi has been a bit shaky and the title of Europe's best keeper doesn't correspond with his recent performances, while some seem to believe that Zlatan is the best thing to ever happen to Juve when well, he isn't.

Bergkamp is a much better player than DP,to me Bergkamp is a legend you just look what happened to Holland after he retired.the same cannot be said about Del Piero who stopped delivering since the Euro's IIRC.

Not delivering doesn't mean you're overrated. Since no-one rates Del Piero, he can't be overrated.
