It looks really good. There's actually a famous painting that he has, so it's not exactly like like it but similar. In color too.

Personally, I'm indifferent. I think some are trash and people are idiots for getting them, and then I see others and I'm like "damn that's a work of art", "oh and it marks a significant moment in your life rather than just a drunken impulse to get a 'vicious' vine on your bicep, RESPEK".

I think it's a personal choice and it's the person's body so they can do whatever they want with it, but at the same time it's so permanent and you have to live it every single day, for the rest of your life.
