It's always full though. It's situated near the, well at least that's how I'd call it, harbor.

Somehow the guy thinks we're really wealthy and he always asks whether we came by boat. Always felt it was too funny to disappoint the guy. "No no, this time we used the car".
Do you also hang out at "This's bar"?

What always astonishes me is that most restaurants in Italy are actually very good. In Belgium you'd have one out of ten that's good, while in Italy there's one out of ten that's bad. That is, if you're not a tourist who visits Italy for the first time of course.

And the prices are simply amazing. Last week I was sitting in a restaurant in Scilla, with one of the most amazing views in Calabria. I paid something like 6 euros for a good risotto.
When you go to a restaurant in Belgium that gives you a view on a horibbly looking brown sea, you can be pretty sure you're about to lose a lot of money.

Oh god, don't I know it. The only place in Holland with that good a rate in restaurants in Amsterdam, but that's an expensive city.

u can go on for ages about whats wrong with holland or whats wrong with india. in hollands case there are so many good things im gratefull for that i dont see the point in complaining.

as for india its only 50 odd years old, so ppl can't really expect much from india. and for what is realistic to expect for such a young developing country, i think india has really out-done itself and is growing. although one bad thing i'd like to point out is that its just to freakin hot
