She was our ' gossip cow guru' and we put beneath untrue gossip. We then also made other pages such as a chatroom, a guestbook and our 'criminal of the week', where we picked a 'criminal', made up crimes, and gave them their 'punishment'. Along with harsh jokes about people.

Anyway, my school got involved as soon as they heard about this (monday) and they called the police. I was ill at the time. My friend in the end, confessed and he is now suspended. I today also went and confessed (because i told him to say i did it too and ill be in to talk about it) and i was told to come tomorrow with my mother to talk it over.

Im probably gonna get suspended too. :doh:

The website was very insulting to people, and it totally spun out of control. Thankfully, im not gonna get sued for it, as i found out i could of got sued for over 15 different crimes at a 2000 euro maximum per crime.

Never, ever, EVER confess. As long as you claim you didnt do it there will always be a cloud of doubt, even if you are found guilty, but the moment you confess it's over.

Just say "Wasn't me".

And besides, whast the worse you could have been quilty of, slander?

I had to confess. I didnt want to leave my friend there alone, im not an abadoner. He even tried to get me off the hook, but he called up an apologiesed to the girl who we ridiculed the most and she wouldnt buy it was just him. So if she knew, i had to confess anyway to help save my punishement.

It was slander. We even mentioned the school in it, and peoples names. We said untrue and nasty things about people, and now im one of the most hated or loved figures in school, depending on the person in question.

I lived a fairly calm and happy existence .. spent most of my thus far in University and having the occasional ‘mishap’ or f-ed up night. That said, two things come to mind:

1) The piss bombs everyone has heard of … I always found them disgusting, sick and inhumane. However, after ducking those things for months at stadiums..one time after a few beers I decided “fuk it” and gave it a shot. My target was an s-o-b who cut my hand with a coin he threw. After two attempts I hit him behind the neck and the ‘balloon’ exploded as it hit him behind the ear..no pain just sheer panic as urine was running into the guy’s shirt. After that..all it took was some aggravation from other fans and I started launching those things like candy….sometimes hitting innocent followers in the other Curva. Hey..sh*t happens.
2) My friend once had a drinking problem…he had seemed to get over it. One night…he had really gotten food poisoning at a Thai restaurant but when he stumbled in his house, his parents thought he drank and didn’t believe him. Anyhow he called me at 3 a.m. asking me to come over to his house the next day to explain to his parents that he was not drunk.

I did..BUT after his phone call my friends and I went to his house...and physically moved his car from the street (where he parked) up to well inside his lawn at an angle. His parents woke up and took one look at the way he "parked" and beat his ass for thinking he was drinking again.

Because the school called the police over it, and the website was created at his house. I checked freewebs policy on IP addresses, and IP addreses are only given out to the police to investigate these kind of things. So we were screwed anyway, so we went out with a bit of dignity.

Freewebs, Dan. That's what screwed you..
I too made a site at school all about the 'dorks' that attended. We got found out because like everyone was logging on, so the hits on the school network were through the roof.
We never got caught, but got tired of running it..leaving it to rot with huge 'Arial Black' text insulting the teachers who had pinpointed me (as computer literate enough to make a site of such quality and wit!) as the culprit.
They tried to investigate it via IP addresses and everything, as some people who were exploited on the site and emotional breakdowns and everything - the fact that the site was hosted on a sub-domain of an Asian friend of mine, whose host classes logging IP addresses of the administration as an infringement of policy, was what rightfully preserved our anonymity and rightful innocence.
This is not the worst thing I have ever done though..although it isn't as bad as killing a guy with an automobile (chxta's my winner..in a very morbid way) - it's quite bad in itself..

Cops are arrogant and power hungry bastards.
Ive been wrongfully arrested many times because the cop was on a power trip.
Im 'checked' almost weekly by cops incase Im carrying something.
Ive been thrown on the floor by one cop injuring my arm. Uncalled for.
Ive been punched by a police woman, in the face while I was trying to stop her partner hitting a friend with his baton, that person was lying on the ground and no threat to the police officer.

So yeah chxta, kill me some damn cops.
