I also don't see the point of covering the hair. It doesn't make sense to me.

im not mocking muslim tradition Abu,trust me i respect various cultures & there is a huge muslim community in RSA.

Im goofing around because, the whole point of pictures is to see ur friends & family & have fond memories of them. How do u do that if u can only see their eyes?:D

Understand?
Do you think later on in the future they'll know who is who when they see the pic :D

how are taste preference personal vestimentary choices of someone else supposed to make sense to you? If you re ignorant enough to wipe 5 thousands years of history because allegedly it's the 21st century and covering your hair is "uncool" then you not understanding makes perfect sense.

no body is forced to do anything here everyone have a choice and these women
have chosed to wear this ,they dont wear it all the time i mean in their home they wear diffrenet clothes in my country only the old ladys wear that black dress :agree: it's kind of a culture and tradition thing every country have clothes from their traditions and stuff like the kimino in japan by the way i guess the picture was takin' to keep as a memorable moment
Newsflash: The Japanese haven't included the Kimono as part of there everyday dress in almost a century.

And what happens when the ladies decide not to wear the black dresses but their husbands thinks otherwise?

rab

as i told before why do nuns cover the hair

why do sikh wear turban

why do budists wear special dress

that all don make sense but u have to respect

i will tell u the reason why the muslim wemen cover their body because thy feel it is relegious duty and it is normal in there area.

it is different from place to place and relegion to relegion for some relgions it is not decent if the wemen wear tight and short cloths in islam it is relegious duty for wemen to cover the body except face hands and feet.

i dont what to make problem but i want to explain why wemen wear like this and i hope u will respect their relegion and culture

We have a lot of them here in Dubai but not all of them close their face. I once wore the man's cloth that they wear, it wasn't that bad. Perhaps I was just a bit too comfortable. :p

well, at the WC I was at the match Spain-saudi Arabia, and before the match started the camera filmed the fans in the stadium and they showed it directly on the big screens there.. suddenly they filmed 3 women who were clothed exactly like the 4 on the pic.. they started to wave on the camera.. I just wondered how sure they were that it was them..
