You are basically comparing Book of Mormon to Quran?
In a way.

More accurately I'm asking you why Muhammad is the real deal and why Joseph Smith is not. Unfortunately there is no way to prove this, which is why Joseph Smith is a really big help for my argument. You see.. there are only two options for you here:

a) Joseph Smith lied. This means Muhammad could have lied too.
b) Joseph Smith was telling the truth. This means the Quran might be wrong.

I suggest you go with option one. This will ultimately mean that you say you have been wrong in this entire discussion and it will mean that you can't prove Muhammad was either illiterate or alone when he "wrote" the Quran, but it will give you the opportunity to keep your faith.

Like I said before: it's over for him now. There are only two options and it's either admitting he's wrong or saying the Quran is wrong. I expect him to stop posting in this thread.

Mohammed didn't wrote Quran, your ignorance in the subject you are continuously discussing is really unmatched.

That's why I said "wrote". Jesus. Let me remind you that it was you who said Muhammad could not have created the Quran because he was illiterate. That was your supposed miracle. But people who are illiterate can talk, DelPieroForLife. I didn't even want to go there, because it was too easy, but hey.

Anyway, there are two options left. You have to pick one.

Seriously, Seven is the most arrogant asshole in these forums and i understand all of you for disliking him and wanting to beat the shit out of his arrogant ass, but if you just try for a moment to forget who he is and if you try to read his posts in the last pages imagining that someone else wrote them....can't you see that what he says is way too logical to be ignored?

Please list the parts you think is logical... maybe if I see your name next to them I can discuss the subject more rationally:)

No, i hate discussing Islam with Muslims. I have great friends of mine who are muslim and are very intelligent (some of them historians), but it just doesn't work. We always end up thinking that we presented great arguments but we never move from our initial stand about islam.

Such discussion can only end up in a fight between friends. I don't want a fight with you or Ze :D
Take Seven and Ze for example. They aren't friends but they are both smart, intelligent, young (which means they should be more open for new ideas) and well educated, but no matter what one of them says about Islam the other won't accept it.

I see logic in what Seven says but i know that you don't and i know that it has nothing to do with you being stupid or an idiot as Andries says. It's more deeper than that and i shouldn't have asked the question in my previous post, i know, sorry.

It's still too early i guess for changes.

Yes please, prove it to us.
I'll list examples and we can discuss them one by one, OK?

1) 38- And the Sun moves on to its destination. That is the ordinance of the Mighty, the Knower. (36-Ya-Seen, 38).

For a long time in the past men thought that the earth was stationary and that the sun revolved around the earth. Later Copernicus, Kepler and Galileo postulated the theory that the sun was stationary and that the earth revolved about the sun. How did Mohammed know that 1500 years ago?

This doesn't say at all that the earth moves. It says that the sun moves, which is not true.*
