That is a pretty ignorant statement to make. To be honest, i never made the effort to go to London to watch Arsenal, and i don't think i will unless i'm filthy rich. It costs way too much money, and one has other priorities in life.

Seriously, I am on the opposite side of the planet from Italy. If I get to one Juve game than I am the biggest fan here

I never ever watched the Libyan league over an extended period of time, so in that respect you're better than me. But imagine if you said the same thing about Juve? That you used to watch them in high school, but you stopped watching them now, because they're boring.

Yes they should because there can be many factors as to why someone would not wish to supoort their local club. It's not fair to just call someone a dick without knowing their reasons.

1) My hometown club plays in the lowest of all amateur leagues. Which is ok, but don't expect me to go watching that crap. And pay for it.
2) That same club (where I used to play in the past) now consists merely of assholes, retards & nitwits (talking mainly about the guys in charge). People I'd rather avoid, so excuse me for not cheering for them.

I do go to the games of the nearest (semi) pro team. Did so in 2nd division & remain to do so in the 1st division. And I obviously don't mind them doing well, but I just can't cheer for them like I do for Juve, sorry.


And there aren't even any reasons for me supporting Juve. And I do know that it does not make sense for me to do so, believe me. Fact is, it would be a hell of a lot easier (& cheaper ) if I didn't.
But what can I do about it? You know, supporting Juve is not a decision I once made. It's a gut feeling. And it's pretty difficult to ignore...
