I used to have a German friend named Silke, long time ago ... whatever :D The others I heard too, I like Dutch and Belgian names, as nordic ones too.

Alia = main character from Dune

Narandra = I invented this, following a Tolkien tradition :)

Karuna = indian name, present in Mahabharata

Lelia = italian name from italian comedies

I found a male name, I hope he won't mind :embarass: , but I really like Anders' name :D

And they have to be more ... Sebastian e.g. :extatic:
thank you for the declaration Iulia. I know a boy called Andres but actually I don't like that name :undecide:...We have also names like Jan, Tom, Bart, Erik, Mark, Chris, Wim, Johan, Thomas,...(all boys;))

I like it, anyway. I must think to others too, I have to like more ... I used to like Christian too, spelled as you see, not like in Romanian.

    Chivu? Uh not really...why?

Yes Pieter is a Dutch name, not the one I like but it doesn't matter :D

Let me think about others: kurt, nick, jeroen, niels, nico(las), jonas, frederik,.... (boy), hanne, sanne, inge, lieselot, liesbet, aster, dorien, annelies, lies,.... (girl),

I also like Mario and Tina as Italian names, or Viola.

Just one question. Does your name create a character for you or do you grow into that character? Or should we just wait and name a person after we see their character? :)
Names don't create anyones character. It's the way you live your life that creates your character.Otherwise people with same names would have been sharing the same characteristics.which is False.

I think it's porbably something like the zodiac signs. They make it so vague and general, that they have to guess some things.
