Range Rovers are absolutely horrible. Beyond bad. Awful technology, underpowered, and vastly overpriced.

I will personally kick anyone in the privates if they think about getting one. I know from experience. My wife had one for a year, and couldn't get out of that deal fast enough

They are not reliable at all. You are literally only paying for the name. The forward thinking engineering that defined them decades ago are long gone.
My wife had a 2019 Evoque SE Premium, and it literally when from Cinderella's carriage to a 46K pumpkin within a week. Transmission issues, technology on board just basically shutting down. The only thing that was good about it, when it worked, was the premium sound system.

They are great. They keep me grounded and want to keep on living. To the point where I've gone from 263 lbs last year to 200 lbs as of this morning. Wanting to see my son graduate college and sit out on a porch with my wife in later years, provide all the motivation you need.

Same. Bought a Range Rover Evoque and sold it in less than a year. Worst thing I have ever purchased. Horrible to drive and really unreliable.

Please do yourself a favour and avoid buying one. Don't be fooled like I was about the pretty looks and fancy brand. I even read endless reviews and joined forums/ Facebook groups and their fans had me convinced that they would be fine. They were not. Should of listened to 90% of the rest of the populations opinion on them.

It feels awesome to drive a big car.
That's their use.
I wouldn't buy anything Landrover makes, but if you really have to I'd say buy the Defender. At least it's honest.

Agreed about the Touareg, but it's not pretty and you're still paying a lot of money for a Volkswagen.
The X5 is an asshole car. I don't mean that in a bad way, I like it. But still. Also, at least in Belgium, it's everywhere. There are just so many of them. Personally I prefer the Mercedes GLE as well, I think it's a much better looking car.

@KB824 @GordoDeCentral @Stevie thanks guys. They have a bad reputation here aswel but never knew why. If the voices are the same from the US all the way to Ireland and The Netherlands it’s must be true.

Mercs have a very nice interior and a plush ride. BMW's also have a very high quality interior which is perhaps not as good looking as that of a Merc.
However, I love the firm suspension of BMWs. I enjoy driving and hate it when there is a lot of body roll during cornering. That’s something BMWs are pretty good at countering.
When buying a BMW, always go for the one with the M-sport package (but, if you can afford it, then go for the actual hard core "M" car).

My Stelvio is great at this. There's pretty much no body roll and I absolutely love that about it. But like you said, the downside is a firm suspension. I feel every bump in the road. It depends on what you want really.
There's nothing necessarily wrong with the way Audis look. They tick all the boxes. I just find them a little bland. Maybe in the same way I think Volvos look great, but at the same time they look like tools. Not like fun things to have.

The new BMW interiors look like something out of a Sci fi rave.
I had a 2023 540i as a loaner, and I couldn't find where anything was.

From 2015-2018, I prefer the Audi Q7 to the BMW X7.
As far as sedans/coupes though, I feel the BMW will always be a step ahead, even with those ridiculous beaver teeth grilles
