What the fuck happened? Good old banging should sort it out if it's only stiff.
I think it's just the result of working from home, using my phone, playing video games and rotting in bed during lockdown.

I always had good posture until the last 3 years. Now my head and shoulders tend to come forward, that has become my natural position. It is pain, not just stiffness.

have you ever met a chick with similar issues? no?

get yourself banged then buddy :baggio:

i'd consider physiotherapy, massage and swimming. plus get moving man, even some regular walk can do wonders. resting it will make it worse, at least that was my experience

Hated walking until I moved to London last year. Now I walk everyday, almost everywhere. For most parts I consciously avoid using my phone while walking. I rarely experience back and neck issues anymore. Used to be a staple of my everyday life for better part of a decade.

I just started with a physio so hopefully things improve. I had tried another physio who just told me to do chin tucks and some other exercises but I don't think they did shit. Actually, I think the chin ticks caused me more pain.

I'll walk/run more regularly. I'm quite active on the weekends (playing padel) but I can be a couch potato during the week.

Yoga has also helped but I'm afraid it'll make me gay if I do it regularly.

Finally, google translate added Baluchi language amongst other languages.

Perhaps my favorite Baluchi quote:

I'm about to off myself due to chronic neck pain. Has anyone had any success treating a stiff/painful neck?

All my of my spine is a mess. Neck, traps, mid back, lower back.
That sounds worth getting checked out. For physical therapy options if not just to stop the pain.

I walk a ton and it's been great for health.

Though being a tall person, I had some back pain that once developed. Ever since I started doing regular pushups for core strength, that's gone away.

It's pretty much use it or lose it. Just don't abuse it.

Same thing happened to me a few years ago. Weird pains all over the place. It was all down to poor posture with forward head due to being on a computer 12 hours a day half my life.

Get some physical therapy, a posture corrector, and yes walking and yoga is really good.

Not so much physical symptoms, but I think my attention span has been fucked since Covid.
Same. I can't even watch films anymore. My brain prefers to rot with Reels.

Do posture correctors actually work? I've heard they're no bueno because they might make your muscle weaker but idk, the internet is full of shit these days.

+1 to physiotherapy. If you get a good one they may be able to pinpoint which muscles you need to work on to correct your posture plus the exercises to target them.

Where you're going there are no jobs.

There's just work.

Isn’t that everyone, though? It’s all going to be AI based eventually.

We should just let AI run the government. It would make better, more informed decisions than most of these tards we have now.
