Today I had a nice random suprise at work, work in Stockholm Arlanda Airport, with extreme amount of summer travellers.

And one of the friendly faces that came up to greet me briefly was @Ali Have fun in Kenya Walaalo

Internet is a funny thing, first time I met him, but instantly recognised him (and I was suprised he recognised me) and it felt like it was someone you known for ages

I have to admit, "non-man" is far more intelligible than the alphabet soup of LGTBQIALMNOP+ = "non-straight".

More the point to me is why something like Libs of TikTok even exists. Like who is so masochistic to do that to themselves everyday? Willingly subject themselves to an aneurism regularly by seekin/QUOTE]
How many "non men" have you beaten at tummysticks?

Put on 5 kilos in 3 days
damn, teach me chief

i lost a bit more than 10 kg's since february, some fat, some muscle. due to the gallstone i'm on a diet, and i couldn't move too much either because of the pain. some light swimming and walks was the maximum i could do. the most serious stuff i eat during these 5 months was chicken breast, and i can't eat too much either, cause my stomach cramps immediately. since i lost some muscle too, i'm the weakest i can remember. last summer i could carry dozens of cement bags without any issues, now i literally couldn't lift one up. now so now i'm completely fucked. i'm not alone with this, a friend of mine had very similar experience: loss of weight and power before the surgery, so i'm not worried and i'm patient, i just need a plan. surgery in two weeks, followed by a month of the same diet and 2 months of lighter diet, but after that, i want to start getting back into shape. any advice would be welcome.
