Put on 5 kilos in 3 days
damn, teach me chief

i lost a bit more than 10 kg's since february, some fat, some muscle. due to the gallstone i'm on a diet, and i couldn't move too much either because of the pain. some light swimming and walks was the maximum i could do. the most serious stuff i eat during these 5 months was chicken breast, and i can't eat too much either, cause my stomach cramps immediately. since i lost some muscle too, i'm the weakest i can remember. last summer i could carry dozens of cement bags without any issues, now i literally couldn't lift one up. now so now i'm completely fucked. i'm not alone with this, a friend of mine had very similar experience: loss of weight and power before the surgery, so i'm not worried and i'm patient, i just need a plan. surgery in two weeks, followed by a month of the same diet and 2 months of lighter diet, but after that, i want to start getting back into shape. any advice would be welcome.

goddam Australia is like that planet in Raised By Wolves wierd sci fi monsters behind every bush

Looks like a big version of what we call a ragworm here, or at least the same ecological niche. We use them for sea fishing. Horrible things with pincers that come out and try to bite you like some alien creature.

Enjoying a cigar and some whiskey in a jazz cafe with live music after we just ate in my favourite Italian restaurant locally. Tomorrow morning I’ll wake up, receive my Father’s Day gifts of my children, and smash one of my best friends during a boxing session. Life is good

God have mercy on the toilet you take a dump in.

I've got 99 tapeworms and dat beeyotch ain't one.

It does crack me up whenever the BBC covers Straya though. Half the stories they report about from Straya involve some giant snake in a toilet or someone being chased off their land by a spider that eats human skulls.
