It probably depends on what those levels were though and what kind of sports you want to do.
 It definitely depends on both those things, though in a small percentage it doesn’t seem to matter, even in high impact cutting sports like football, basketball, and American football. Dejuan Blair, as an example, played 400+ nba games with no ACL in either knee. Hines Ward played his entire NFL career as a wide receiver with no ACL in his left knee and was one of the best WRs of the 00s.

Most of my sports/activities are low-moderate risk, but falling 3-6 metres off boulders has a much more significant risk. I’m fully prepared to get ACL reconstruction surgery down the road if I have any issues with instability, but I’d like to try rehab alone first and see how it goes.

If it's of any help to ease your mind. One of my friends partially tore his ACL and he went the rehab route. Dude's fine and playing football better than ever.

My dad played football until he was sixty without an ACL. He was not a good player by any stretch of the imagination, but he used to be a (very decent) hurdler so his main asset was speed and you'd expect it to be particularly difficult for that type of player but it wasn't. At the same time his knee is pretty shit right now though.

Because of your post I actually went on PubMed and it looks like the evidence towards ACL construction really isn't as conclusive as you'd think. And even if you have the ACL reconstructed, rehab seems to be the most important part.

Couldn't a partial tear heal though? I had a partial tear in one of my ankle ligaments and I really suffered for about six months, but it has been 15 years now and it's just as good as the other ankle now.

I thought no one in Europe likes to work so that would rule out many places
I mean the pay is like slightly higher than 3rd world country level in Portugal, compared to rest of west Europe. That was straight from Portuguese mouths themselves when I was there last summer. One our Lisbon tour guides told us she made more in a week in London then she would do 2 months in Lisbon.

And their collective traffic workers going on strike several times a year because they are paid so low, like a 4th of what respective job would had in neighbouring Western Europe countries.

Like the Greek a decade ago, you can now find Portuguese peeps work migrating to North Europe in random countries (met a few Portuguese in estonia/lithuania and finland) because of the job market.

They like Armenians or gulf Jews pretending to be Persians? :D That's what a persian we know said when she lived in LA. We laughed our asses off with how hilarious off kelter she described them lol
Yeah they are definitely different, and a big percentage is Jewish, imo just more materialistic (appearances) and more "liberal". @Ronn can chime in.

Berlin imo paris is more east coast rude.

Then I need to visit Cali (besides the awesome weather), because I liked berlin only time I was there, fun loving hippies :D Bit out of touch, but nothing but good vibes.

But in Paris despite the rep of scenic city, like 7/10 peeps you met were unbearable asshats. Sometimes stereotypes are so fucking true :D And my friends and family allways tell me I'm too positive and accepting, and see the silver lining in anyone I meet or places I visit. But Paris defenitely rubbed me the wrong way.

No argument there, Parisians are the worst. Cali is just expensive and full of hipsters/hippies and crazy traffic in big cities, that's what makes it annoying. Otherwise it's alright to visit.
