I honestly think electricity and gas prices going up is generally good news in the long term. Cut down on exploitation-based extractive economies and make renewables even more competitive.

Good luck not destroying ecosystems by creating a dick load of solar farms.

Gimme good reliable nuclear energy over renewables. The French are basically paying half for electricity compared to Germany.

I am defo pro nuke. Much of the planet got f'ed up because people crapped in their pants over nuclear accidents while clearly preferring the repeat fossil fuel accidents that happen everywhere, all the time.

But Bitcoin? I still can't wrap my brain around the rationale of adding waste to a system for the explicit purpose of using an aversion to waste as a proxy for trust.

Except it's the artificial mandates for renewables that drive the consumer prices. They can't sustain themselves on the free market due to being insufficient to supply a developed country. Can extract muppet from california, can't extract california from muppet.

So I'm getting a lot of emails on my ancient Hotmail account advertising "Squirting School".

I know we now live in an era where gender assumptions no longer apply. But anyone know if they might be worth my hard-earned time and money?
