We wouldn't, not even one bit. Our politicians would love it, though.
Oh and I'm not a huge fan of globalization. Countries are losing their own identity and culture is a heavy price to pay just to get your hands into EU funds.

Albania blew it. You're not going to hold back globalization as long as you have global travellers and locals with money, unless you go full on North Korea. So welcome your new global overlords. They're coming in either today or tomorrow.

As if the likes of Hungary are not enough. How many times have Hungary vetoed or caused a joint EU statement on a foreign affairs issue to be watered down. On issues that most of the EU is aligned on, such as the violent crackdown by the Chinese government in Hong Kong. These kind of divisions within the EU just serve right wing parties and worse even the Chinese/Russian bloc.
I hope they learn from the "Hungarian" experience, and keep the likes of Turkey and Serbia out of the EU.
they’re pretty open to it as far as I know, they’re trying to join the EU, they import and export a decent amount of products, not sure what you’re referring to
I mean, him too. But not for the reasons you think. More because he didnt get rid of Stambolic soon enough.
Had Belgrade buddied up with the West when it was obvious that fence sitting was no longer an option, the wars in Bosnia and Croatia wouldnt have happened. Kosovo wouldve been almost a non issue as western intelligence wouldnt have supplied arms and money.
