Ah, what a great christmas it's gonna be.

Grandpa coming back from the hospital being diagnosed with an incurable cancer. Probably gonna follow grandma within a year or so. Just won't get into your head how seemingly healthy people drop dead within a few months.

Sorry to hear that man. I lost my grandma like 6 months ago. It was simply horrible despite her being a very difficult person. All of my grandma/pa are dead, from both mom and dad side. Sucks. It's great when you have happy memories about going to the village where they lived (mine did), so it defo sticks with ya.

Still, despite knowing and "preparing" you can never prepare for that horrible thing. You think you're aware and ready, but it just comes and happens so fast and over night, gets you off guard, and it simply destroys.

I’m part of the “No grandparents left” club too.

That sucks dude. Hope you get the arthritis under control. Your gains will return nice and fast once you’re able to start lifting again.
Thanks, man. I just wanna get over this.

2019 has been a terrible year in terms of health. Having crippling acid reflux and Barrett's esophagus + arthritis. It really has hit me physically and psychologically.

I hope 2020 turns out much better than this in the health department.
