Honestly, all those sound like things that go hand in hand with drinking, especially pool and poker. But yeah, not bad ideas, if you have friends who don't drink.
Haven't decided anything. Just read a book about sleep and how much even one night of bad sleep fucks you up (mentally, physically and emotionally). And apparently even one beer or half a glass of wine will mess up your sleep, even though you may think you've had a good sleep cuz you were knocked out cold.
So I was just wondering to myself, if I were to reduce how often I drink, what would I do instead? Not trying to quit or anything lol.

I wonder how much better I’d feel if I got a proper sleep every night, a glass of wine, beer, or liquor is pretty standard for me
