I don't disagree that there are endless conveniences ala dating apps and such that should make it possible but that is from my perspective. Plenty of people are unable to do it, fucked over by their upbringing, they are very immature in some fact etc i don't know.

It has also never seemed difficult to me to advance in school or to make money, once again so many avenues, but if it was really easy I don't think so many would have trouble with it. I guess I see it as people come from radically different places in life and I am trying be more sympathetic rather than judgemental.

Would you agree that people who fail to get laid due to lack of social skills also suffer in other areas of their life for that reason? Which would put it in the personality disorder column.

Definitely but a lot of people have issues with confidence/ anxiety or even more simply competence that isn't going to affect only one facet of life. Do they all have personality disorders?

No issue with prostitution. Probably a bad idea as a substitute for or sole source of sex and connection but i don't see it as worse than any other vice.

And prostitution my friend is no vice, it's convenience, it's not like you grow your own food or hunt your meat.
