Nope, she was the druggiest of them all.

According to four of the guys, only one of them had sex with her and it wasn't rape.

And the forensic evidence says there are no signs of rape but still all those kids were sent to prison on remand and most likely won't be able to defend themselves as free men.

It depends on the degree of the intoxication. Generally speaking, if you're not too drunk or high, your testimony might be admissable. Yes, the other party might try to argue you were too intoxicated to see or understand what was going on but that's why you have court experts that give out an opinion on that. In the end it's up to the judge to determine whether it will be admitted or not.

On my campus, once a girl accuses you of rape, you are automatically guilty unless you are can prove your innocence. The guy will be kicked out of the university without trial. A friend of mine even confronted campus security about this issue, and their response was: “girls don’t lie about these things”
