lol the guy who hired me was telling some stories about how they used to be so hot. not the case anymore but apparently a few years ago, before some changes were made, they were all stunners who wore mini skirts and open blouses, used to visit doctors to try to sell them their brand.

I mean they’re getting older, more health problems, realizing their prime has passed and every next day will be worse than the previous. I can see it if they’re sort of selfish. Hunter S Thompson was a pretty good example.

That's rarely the reason for suicide. It's far deeper and more clinical. In general people get happier with age. And please do not make that misunderstood idea that suicide is a selfish act.
My post was rather a thought, that I'd liek to believe that at a certain age and maturity inner demons settle down and you get to accept them and yourself. Sadly, that isn't the case. Depression - liek proper depression - can arrive at any point in lief. But the idea that many people live an entire lief in the internal prison that is a malfunctioning mind just saddens me a bit.
