depends on the person, it's definitely not safe to assume that. especially when we're talking about a celebrity, there's plenty of other motives to hang out with popular, rich people besides having sex
Expectation is not action, the question here is like i said agency if you get drunk or high and end up sleeping with someone can you retroactively withdraw consent, which imo is total bs

That's quite an assumption. Then again you just said an entire continent was lazy, so...
That doesn't mean a man is entitled to having sex with that woman. There have been plenty of girls I have been interested in, but lost interest in later on. What we should consider here though is the burden of proof. And as tough as that may be, it is on the victim. If you go home with a man and you have sex with him, it is up to you to prove it was not consensual. It seems many people forget this nowadays. Nevermind people who think they can retroactively withdraw consent or say that consent can never be implied (I personally have only ever asked a women if she wanted to have sex back when I was a teenager, never as a full grown adult).
But don't you see the problem with how using alcohol and drugs to withdraw consent creates a big problem here? All the girl has to say is i had a drink, if the guy admits to having sex with her it's rape. That's the same issue with cosby, at least in the case that ended in mistrial, he offered her quaaludes, she took em they sleep together, the prosecution asked him if he got oral consent when she was sober he said no and they but their case on that
