I've been researching this but a lot of the results seem to come from sponsored content...

I know one of my friends did and it does make a difference if you're going for a high end finance job or something. Otherwise, just keep it simple, clean, and brag tastefully.

I am applying for a finance job but I wouldn't say that it is high end or anything. I figured why not spend 100$ if it gets me a job then it is totally worth it.
Fair enough, treat every job as a high end job and you'll eventually get there. It definitely doesn't hurt.

What the Mexican is saying. But it also depend a lot of the people you're meeting for the interview. What I'm saying is talk about what they want to hear.

Lol. Just realized what it's about. Serious question. Why would you let people write something like this for you? I get it if it's because of the network.

If its a more qualified friend, family member or just someone who knows you well to help with a draft/suggestions/format/ballpark of how to do it I get. But a complete stranger and paying them? Kinda odd for me. But if its effective and gets the job done so to speak compared to doing it yourself, its alright I guess.

It doesnt really, it depends on the field of bussiness, but the times I been asked to look over CVs/ do interviews (when my boss is on vacation/too lazy to handle that many same time), I focused way more on the interview part. CV is just a general ballpark, and window to get interview, but however you dazzled your way with CV to get ahead for interview chance, if you arent as prepared for the latter the CV didnt ultimately matter much.

They want to hear the sound of their new employees' moans as they are transformed from enthusiastic young adults, to depressed drug addicts.

All the new employees are invited over to the President's mansion for a celebratory night of food, drinks, and games. The pool is open to all but none of the young adults arrive dressed for the occasion. The khakis and sundresses are the safe choice of the evening. Except for Brittney. It is surprising for some that the most unfit and chubby girl in the company is the one displaying such confidence. For others, it is not surprising that the most unfit and chubby girl in the company is indeed the one displaying such lack of morals and etiquette.

But little do they know that they are soon to surpass the "indecency" shown by Brittney.

Unsurprisingly, the young adults are all sticking to the morally accepted limit of four drinks before having to drive back home. Being straight out of college means their livers are in that twilight phase where they can still absorb an atrocious amount of liquor but its days of doing that are numbered. However, the second drink seems to have everyone in a really doozy mood. You don't usually feel this close to passing out until consuming drinks in the high teens.

And where are they now? They must have passed out and that's the last thing they remember. They don't know they ended up in a hardwood basement, completely naked except for the chains tying them from their hands to the ceiling, so they would remain in a standing position.

And soon after, the managers enter. Also wearing nothing, they are carrying a very large arsenal of sex toys. And thes sex toys start being utilized right away. The girls are invaded by various objects, the guys are tortured with metal and glass rings. And they are all whipped. Heavily and heartlessly. In an unexpected turn of events, the managers leave.

Now it's the supervisors' turn. And they start by making the managers' turn like childs' play. The new employees are savagely beaten, fucked, and spit on. Two are urinated on. Blood is flowing from five others. The shortest girl is chocking after having held from breathing for nearly two minutes as the finance supervisor forcefully tries to invade her anal cavity.

And they do not want to remember the rest. Yet, that unintentional moaning they could not help themselves from making the entire time? That will always ring in their head and remind them of the scumbags they've become.

But to answer your question, they do it because if it is very time sensitive and you have not prepared it for a long time, it can be better to not half ass it.
