Well, convicts do have a lot of free time to be fair :p
If you have time to post on the tuz you have time to work out

Yeah, like Iliveforjuve said. They have whole day filled with nothing. :D

But you are right. I was speaking generally, not just about workouts. The main reason I stopped was injuries and back pain
Everyone who works out got injuries all over their body, but you just soldier on :D anyways my main point here is i lost count of the number times when I was feeling like shit physically and mentally and boom after a an hour work out I'm on to of the world, therapy

Does it matter to you how much you can do? (More than last time or whatever.) Or is it enough just to do a work out to feel good?

Oh I had plenty of injuries. But at this point I don't know if one trap muscle is stronger/bigger or I have a slight scoliosis. :shifty:

Also my wrist looks fucked up. I can't move it in all angles so it hurts when I do dips for example.
But what sort of exercises were you doing that caused the back pain?

As long as i put in the effort, no half assed sessions

My back pain is gone it's just that I'm afraid it's scoliosis.

But year ago it was pullups that fucked up my nerve in the back. And it was doing very deep (aka horrible form) dips with 40kg waist.

Weighted dips I understand. But pullups shouldn't hurt. Btw many people with scoliosis have no problem deadlifting. Most people have some abnormality anyway. I'd say avoid what hurts, but do work out. It's just good medicine for depression.

I totally agree about that. X is right, it's not like I'm avoiding that.

Tbh I was scared to continue simply because I didn't want to have one side huge and look like a retard.

It would be pretty boring though. You'd spend much of your life sitting in a cup until you're swallowed. And it doesn't get better after the swallowing, I'll tell you that.
