where in the back is the pain?
Lower back, been feeling it past week, but for bizzare reason it got worse while I was sitting watching Hunger games on cinema for 2.5 hours, uncomfortable seat. And today I wake up and it felt so stiff and painful as a motherfucker. Really felt it regardless of position, but tiger balm is elevating it big time so far, gotta love asian enginuity

LOL more like le charlatans, they touch your back for 2 minutes and tell you to stretch awkwardly and then bill you for over 100 dollars for the trouble for EACH session. Used to scam some of my old teammates a bit after back injuries, it was much much more useful to go to physical therapists or actual specialist doctors.
