Like on a night out, 4-5 hours or whatever. A guy I know who suffers from anxiety had a mixture of a couple of cans and some strong weed and he really had problems with palpitations and pains, thought he was having a heart attack. He wasn't but obviously the combination with the weed made him super paranoid.
