Are energy drinks dangerous?

34mg/100ml caffeine, a load of taurine(varies) and 30g/100ml sugar : increased heartrate and blood pressure. In certain individuals can cause blood pressure to keep at 17/11.
Without the sugar, during the effect of taurine and caffeine, increased heartrate. No blood pressure increase.
Caffeine is a signalisator for the adrenal glands. The Adrenal glands store vitamin C for their task. Depletion of this can cause a "burn out" (trough stress), or depressed state. You do need to get quite some stress and cafeine to get there.
Caffeine is also a soft diureticum, it makes the body clear more water, but regardless of the concentration of this water. If you dont drink enough, it will be much more concentrated and cause the kidneys to work harder. This is not good.
If you want drink energydrinks, dont be a peasant shitfucktard and take the sugar free versions. I recommand Monster Ultimate Zero (the blue one). Drink at least 2-3 liters of liquid per day. Can be anything that doesnt contains alcohol or sugar. Aspartane is fine.
