Canada is lame, it's populated by frogs and draft dodgers, they gave us justice beaver ffs along with Australia no one would miss it if it were to disappear tomorrow, canada, fuck you and your stupid maple syrup

I love vacationing in Canada whenever I feel like being all by myself, in the middle of nowhere, and just lean back and relax with nothing to do. :D

P.S. was under the impression you lived in Wisconsin, so I can understand your sentiments there.
Nah. I live on Vancouver Island. Never too cold, never too hot... Snow stays up in the mountains year-round, the Strait gets warm in the summer for swimming, it's temperate old-growth rainforest, snow-capped peaks, all surrounded by the sea. Good climbing, good surfing, good mountain biking, etc. Best place in the country.

Vancouver is the most beautiful and most wealthy city in North America

I have yet to make it out there but need to
that's what I am hearing too - one of the best cities to live in and not just in North America.

never had a reason to go there so far - whenever I go to Canada, it's Montreal for family visitations.

Cool. We'll have to grab a brew and argue about Brady and Rodgers if you ever do make your way out here.

Quite a few really good microbreweries here.
what's there to argue about? :D

Montreal is nice too

I'd join the separatist movement but I have better things to do

try it. feta cheese (I usually go for either French, Bulgarian or Greek) goes great with either maple syrup or honey on pancakes (the thin ones aka blini that you can roll/fold up)

I loved the summer I spent living in Montreal. My favourite city in the country culture-wise. Vancouver is naturally beautiful and the climate on Vancouver Island is amazing, but as far as City's with culture and history, etc in Canada go, Montreal is number 1.
