@Red I played a round on Saturday with a fellow who said he plays in some amateur-ish tourney in Scotland that takes place in August. He said it usually runs about a solid week of matchplay and even if you get lose a match you can play in the other one throughout the week. Are you familiar with this?

Was the guy any good? What level of handicap would he have?

Nope but I am Keto.

What does that entail?

It's a diet that would lead to kidney failure in a Type I diabetic like myself. We orient most of our Type I diabetic health care trying to prevent ketones in our blood system.

As such, I'm not so sure I'd be confident in the so-called health benefits for something that would kill a percentage of the population.
