That's fine, everyone has his own problem and flows with it. I should be happy that I'm healthy and have a roof above my head, unlike some, but that doesn't mean I should be happy (or you) if something in my life is screwed up. It's good that you're aware of it unlike majority who just root and stagnate imo.
It takes balls too to make a big change in life, like quit a job and look for something else. There's pretty much two things you can do; One it to stay there and keep looking for opportunities and second is to quit and try getting internships to boost experience in your field. Or pack your bags and leave a country if you're for a drastic change.
But try thinking about it more. Maybe leaving wouldn't make you happy at all. Quitting and ending up without anything, without plan, seems like the worst case. You'd have Dusan written all over you.

Move to the US and become a nurse. They make gooood money.
Come to Denmark and be my intern next year when I (hopefully) get a job.
