I went to Veracruz for Carnival and it was amazing. I should be in GDL sometime in the next few months. My uncle just moved there for work. Can't wait to check out the tequila region and shoot down to Colima for a bit.

I'm basically teaching Mexico's version of the EPA how to use map making software to make their jobs easier and their work better. I live in Tlaxcala which is about 30km north of Puebla.

Sounds interesting actually, glad to hear you are enjoying your new home , definitely check other regions of Mexico when you get the chance, heard it's quite the riveting place. South Americans are usually warm and nice so I have no doubt you'll enjoy the people.

I highly recommend you to visit Colima, it's beautiful. There are some beautiful cabains there.

Gdl and Puebla are arguably my favorite cities in the country, along with Mexicali, my hometown.
