The British economy is doing well compared with the rest of Europe, albeit mainly London benefits from the growth.

The reason for the increased house prices is the spillover effect from London, rising population, income recovery and poor supply of new homes being build.

Land is very expensive in Britain (England).

As far as I know British economy has shit export and relies only on financial services to pump the numbers of their exports. They rely too much on the banking system and if that fails, or when it fails, I don't see much of a bright light on their part honestly. They are a country based on fake numbers.

Dude, I realized something a few months ago. Just find a girlfriend and let loose. No reason for training four times per week if you have access to sex, it actually makes you enjoy life more if you have a bit around the edges.

People from Zemun actually hate going to Belgrade (which is around 9km from my place). For years I thought it was only me, but no, it seems majority of people hate going there and crossing the bridge. That's one of the reasons people hate us here. It happened to me once that I didn't cross that bridge for 2 years. People thought I was crazy... maybe they were right.
