Employer: what is your weakness?
Candidate: I am too honest
Employer: I don't think that's a weakness
Candidate: I don't give a fuck what you think

The one I turned down was a small institution (age group 2,5-6 @Albertmare) in one of the richest areas in Denmark and we just clicked. Unfortunatelyit was only a maternity cover 31 hours per week.
I accepted the one where the interview went like shit, I was pretty sure we were a misfit and they wouldn't + its's a pain in the ass getting there regarding transportation. But the age group is 5-10 @Albertmare wich I'm most passionate about and I was promised that I can continue when the big reform of our school system starts in August. For once, I think it's wise to choose something where I don't have to think about the future (it's much easier to get a new job when you're working). I think I made it pretty clear how I work and I'm gonna tell them again. If it's not working - no biggie.

I'm just really sad I have to stop where I've been a substitute for the past two years. On the bright side, there might be a job openeing there so maybe I have a new job in May :)

I love that and I'm already thinking of using it at some point.

Sounds pretty good. How come is it so hard getting (there regarding transportation)?

It's actually in Tårnby. I've have to take the Metro to Vestamager and wait for the one and only bus there - it takes time. I'm gonna get an old bike and use it from DR Byen.

I live in Østerbro, so it's a long way.
