I really, really don't know. Machines are pretty expensive plus a place to rent (which has to be quite big). I never looked into numbers and such details.

What I do know is that an average gym (not too many machines and stuff) is like 20-25e here per month while badass ones are like 45-50e.
Dayum. That's more than I pay for a badass one here.

Around 250m² would go for like 2000e/month in a good location I think, but prices go up to 4k.

My friend is paying a rent for some hall that's pretty big and gives around 500e/month. There are some big ones for 1k but I don't know if it's possible to consider opening a gym there.

I read some stuff and some say it's required around 25-30k euros to start something like that.

I think since we've been here we've only been sober for two of the nights. But today I think is a new level of drunk for him. :D

Can't say I'm not a little pissed off though, I made such a fool of myself going around to everywhere we went last night to see if they had seen him. I even asked the go-go dancer.

Holy shit, that's expensive. LA Fitness is the one I usually go to. It's 30 bucks a month and they have pretty much anything you'd want. Even a freaking swimming pool.

Most people I know pay around 20e but it's an average gym.

I just know a friend of mine who gives 50e (or used to) and celebrities go there :D quite fancy. But yeah, that's something else, I think 25e is what average Joe pays here.

You can find it for 15, but that's shit.

Everything I want? A football field with a goalkeeper?
That's pretty worrying, if that is what you want.

If somebody wants to get rich consider hazelnut plantation. It requires very heavy investments but it pays off, in 10th year you start getting around 50k euros per year (if prices are the lowest and expenses highest, so it's like the worst situation). Great stuff, even in Serbia, but nobody has the capital :D

Felt so pampered during this week after having free stay, food and drinks in a 5-star hotel. Nothing beats getting drunk for free. :D
