I'm stressed, lots of negative energy, weather is horrible (around 2 degrees with little drops of rain and lots of wind), I feel sleepy.

One of those days.. when you have to get your ass up and lift 'em weights. Screw it, gonna hit shoulders. One hour of pain gives a lifetime of pride, no? Hopefully.

Cables huh... I don't have that lol. Man, if you would see my 'gym'.. it's literally a bench (flat/incline), dumbbells and around 100kg of weights overall.
