that's a large variety in all honesty i didn't know most of those to be frank. well in Egypt we mainly drink Turkish coffee which has several varieties but i would recommend you give Arabian coffee a try i will try to find you the recipe bec its pretty easy. it has cardamon in it so i hope you have that available in San Francisco i think you will like it, its a different blend. hopefully one day bro i get the chance to show you around i'm sure you and your wife will like it a great deal. hopefully things settle and it becomes safer for you to have a good trip here.

in all honesty i am not big on coffee, however i feel its the case when i tried turkish coffee it was warm 
if you go to costa and have regular coffee its pretty hot at least 95% of the times i've had coffee there. the same applies to starbucks even though i think in cairo its crap compared to costa which remains in a league of its on. guessing you r asking bec of your trip to luxor and there fore i think you r referring to turkish coffee in this case i think you might be right, it is indeed warm.- - - Updated - - -
