Every choice we make is a leap of "faith". You just have to pick something and go for it, and know that it might turn out it wasn't the best decision, and be okay with that.

Don't do any 'leaping' or anything rash.

And even taking a big risk isn't necessarily rash if the potential reward is big enough.

Only that we're arguing about 2 different kinds of faith. When talking about religious faith, I would modify that definition slight to:

faith: belief in something empirically unverifiable, you have no knowledge of the future but you hold belief in the outcome of a certain action through the revelation of god

While your first definition is something a lot of people face, and thus becomes something ordinary, introducing god into the definition makes it entirely different.

in 2008 after breaking up, i decided to go study again and take a degree, while living alone and having a good income (1800net isnt bad).
I moved back home, quit job and starter chemistry studies.

4 years later, i have my bachelor degree in biochemistry, and am doing the first of two years to industrial engineer(master) biochemistry, and have met a girl in that very university that is endlessly better then the tramp that wasted 5 good years of my life and my first studies.

Best decision ever. biggest one to

They're not all the same. I can see Giaccherini play, I can assess the success of a business by looking into their quarterly reports, etc., but god? In what way can I possibly examine the actions of god? Especially with him being undetectable?
