I loved the salty peas and fried eel. but it was fried, not living.

To be honest I was really surprised. Raw fish, that doesn't sound awesome. But somehow they rock at food preparation, whenever I've had it it was always great.

Though the sushi in HK is pretty weak, IMO. Reminds me of all the places on the Left Coast here that confuse Chinese food with Japanese and just have Chinese people offer both.
