In construction business you need to give a tender for all the work the subscriber is asking for. And then you will start fighting about all the things that you didn't know you were supposed to do...pretty normal in here.

We fight back hard...so we won't do stuff for free even if our tender was too cheap.
And if a subcontractor if making us look bad we will make 'em pay for it. It's a fucked up world, what can I say.
