What the fuck is a tender?
(Verb) [no object] make a formal written offer to carry out work, supply goods, or buy land, shares, or another asset for a stated fixed price: firms of interior decorators have been tendering for the work
formally offer (a stated fixed price) for carrying out work, supplying goods, etc.: what price should we tender for a contract?
(tender something out) seek offers to carry out work at a stated fixed price: I don’t even know why they tendered it out

(Noun) an offer to carry out work, supply goods, or buy land, shares, or another asset at a stated fixed price: we invited tenders for up to three more frigates [mass noun]: being government land, it was sold by tender [as modifier]: a minimum tender price

tenders

Any breach of contract scenarios from your workplace to tell me about @Lapa ?

Subcontractors not performing duly, perhaps?

That would lube me up good.

In construction business you need to give a tender for all the work the subscriber is asking for. And then you will start fighting about all the things that you didn't know you were supposed to do...pretty normal in here.

We fight back hard...so we won't do stuff for free even if our tender was too cheap.

And if a subcontractor if making us look bad we will make 'em pay for it. It's a fucked up world, what can I say. :boh:

I don't like 'em at all...it means way too much work and fighting. Like you wouldn't have anything better to do.
Yeah, for you guys it must be pretty hectic. I was just kinda tongue-in-cheek saying: more work for the lawyers :D

But I hope you guys get it all sorted
