Seriously, being second all the time pisses me off. Fellow foremen need work to do and at the moment I can't deliver with other people who make the tenders with me. We've been first with just one bigger tender this winter and it sucks ass.

Well the cheapest tenders are almost always miscalculated...so if you are the cheapest, you need to go for the lowball. Second best tenders are normally the best ones, but no need to for the subscriber to take the second best.
