I bake only with sour dough, these were three loafs of walnut bread but I did not have enough walnuts so I completed with sunflower seeds. My starter was a "rågmjöl" base and the rest is around 70% "vetemjöl" and 30% "rågmjöl".
I am also a nerd but I have stopped for a while because of the extra weight I was adding to my sides

Due to popular demand I woke up one of my sour doughs and did that today. It seems that I will bake regularly now because that tasted so good.
