The body's not supposed to go without eating for that long. You're putting a lot of stress on your organs and fatiguing yourself. Why do you think nutritionists and doctors tell you to eat all those meals a day and to keep snacking. Not to mention you feel like shit and can't even think straight.

The multiple meals a day is a recent medical diagnosis. It is in this way that metabolism can work at its peek. My great grandmother lived to 101 and she ate one meal a day

Not really. My grandma read the Kuran but didn't do any typical Muslim practices. The only reasons there were Muslims in Albania is because of the Ottoman empire coming over. As a country, we never were big on religion. Being Albanian is the main thing we appreciate and there's no discrimination at all based on religion and the likes. You can call yourself Christian and marry someone who's Muslim. I've been to both churches and mosques and so have most Albanians. Very lax on the whole religion thing. Ask any other Albanian, they'll say the same.

But you might be right, I haven't met that many Albanians anyway.
