I have non-muslim friends fasting all the time, they just eat drink and smoke whenever they want Its not that difficult, you can do it too.

Nah I was just joking. I am not even Muslim. Once though I did an Ramadan-like fast. That was just torture. Oh and when I broke fast on evenings I restricted myself to only vegetarian meals on top of that.
