I hate Windows 7, absolutely hate it. It was fine in the beginning, but one year into it, the OS is pissing me off with it's constant lag and memory issues. Hope 8 is better.

I hate Windows 7, absolutely hate it. It was fine in the beginning, but one year into it, the OS is pissing me off with it's constant lag and memory issues. Hope 8 is better.

The only problem I face with Win 7 on my PC is that it's filled up my 20Gb C:\ with junk for some reason. I need to format my PC and install a fresh copy. But other than that, I don't see much of a lag. Great OS IMO.

PC. But my testing only entails its behaviour in printing conditions. So I can't say for sure. But if the Release Preview is how the final product will be, then a LOT of users will get confused. The Start screen is a totally new concept for desktop users, and opinions will be bipolar. But purely as a tablet OS, I think it'll be very good.
