great fucking night... not! supposed to go see this french guy surkin (who is on tour, i really want to see and won't be back here for ages) at a club at 2am but you have to get there before like 12 otherwise you won't get in...anyway i was supposed to go with 3 mates, 2 who of whom had to go to a cousins birthday of one mate so they had no idea what time they would get there so i couldnt meet them there and i was supposed to go to another club with the other mate beforehand as he already told me when we went out on thursday but then he decided to go to a fucking pub with some other mates of his i called him like 5 times over like an hour and a half no answer so i had to fucking stay home. im going to fucking rip him next time i see him. not to mention he checked into hungry jacks in the city half an hour ago and the place is like a 5 min walk from there.

that's the point, it's not. if i have to wear a sweatshirt and a spring jacket in the evening to feel comfortable then it's not summer. i've worn shorts three times so far, froze my balls of once - but i was in a spiteful mood

Typical summer here. Data lifted from TheWeatherChannel web site. As you can see, we had a real scorcher on the 10th & 16th where it actually got above 80 F.

And the tourists still flock here in the summer in shorts and T-shirts thinking, "It's California!" On the other hand, it definitely is Sheik weather and my kind of summer.
