I'm not a fan of make up in general... I think women often look their best straight and simple. But what I like about your example there is that what she's wearing is a little subdued for what a lot of people would expect for Desi women.

Clothing-wise I like very simple so that's a little too much for me. Make up wise, I like VERY simple as well. My brother is getting married this weekend though so it's the only reason I am going a little more to the extreme side.
