Damn, that sucks. There is no one you can put the work onto, or any way you can just not do some of it?

I probably can delegate one or two things but the majority of the stuff falls on me. I was prepared for her to leave in September. I would have been ready for it then and a bit more organised. She did not hand over anything either. She did something similar last time so I should have known it would happen again. Oh well I can only cross my fingers and hope I don't drop dead at the end of it.

Lol 100% of the work for 1/5 the salary. That's their policy. And the thing is she just gave them a 30 day sick leave while she told me she may not be coming back at all. So I don't forsee any extra salary at the moment. I think she just told them that so they won't cut her pay.
